Who I am

This website is run by Byron, trading as Futureworks Creative, based in the UK. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What I collect and why

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with me, to provide that work. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send me, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who handles the form

Form messages are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for no more than 30 days, then deletes it automatically. Web3Forms may process data outside the UK under the Standard Contractual Clauses. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails only for as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
